If you need a new bag to tote your gear you have come to the right place. We will be offering a variety of bags. All different types. Every bag is lined and triple stitched (both the lining and actual bag with a special durable machine stitch that sews each stitch in place 3 times!) as well as serged. Most of our bags have 3 layers, an outside layer, an inner layer (usually flannel or fleece) and finally a lining. This give a little extra heft and padding to the lighter weight patchwork bags and just makes them stronger. If you don't see a bag here to suit your fancy, I will be more than happy to custom make one for you. |

It's hard to believe that I started this bag last november and then completly forgot about it. I couldn't make a decision on how I wanted to make the straps and it got lost in the shuffle. LOL! well, here it is all done and sweet and ready to make someone out there very happy. This is a messenger bag made from three different corduroy fabrics. Burgundy, Rust and brown. The lining is a funky plaid wool like fabric that is washable. This bag will carry lots of stuff as it is fairly large. I have appliqued a detailed scene of Dancing Bears...but check them out they are mimicking the terrapin station turtles. I got the inspiration for this bag from a sticker I have. This flap closes with velcro. The straps are wide and padded so you can handle a heavy load in comfort. The back of the bag is the three fabric patched together in stripes. There is a pocket under the flap with the saying 'A Rare and Different Tune" and a musical scale embroidered on it. It also has velcro closure. Measurements:

This is a beautiful bag, built to last. I have triple stitched the straps and flap so it can handle quite a load and not let you down. I have appliqued a beautiful night time landscape scene with a funky mystical looking tree. The background is glitter star fabric with a shiny white moon overhead. It has a mountain range with a lake and woods. A lovely scene and one of a kind!. The picture is framed with rust,gold and brown corduroy. The main body of the bag is an olive green mid weight corduroy. The back of the bag has a center tri-colored stripe of the rust, brown and yellow fabric. There is a pocket under the flap of brown corduroy. There is an inside pocket of rust corduroy. The inside of the bag is a sturdy wide wale mustard yellow corduroy. The straps are padded and supa wide so you can carry a heavy load in comfort. This is a very large capacity bag and would make a great book bag for all you folks on your way back to school. Measurements:
Width: 16 inches I have put in the bag for you to see a full note book, a large size spiral and several books, they is still plenty of room as you can see, the wide padded strap makes a load this heavy less distressing to tote around. Of course you can also use this as a weekender. |

You can pack for an entire weekend easily in this bag with room to spare!
I have used an engineering stripe denim, the oshkoshbgosh denim like the
overalls. I then appliqued tons of sweet flowers on the front of the
bag. They all overlap each other and were first fused into place then sewn
on using a blanket stitch to give it a really retro look There is
also a recycled denim pocket to hold your keys. On the front the
stripes are running vertical but on the back and sides they run
horizontally. The straps are diagonal stripes. There is a cute
little tie to keep it shut, and the inside is lined with dark blue denim
with a large red floral pocket. This is a really sweet bag and
really large  capacity!

This beautiful bag would make a wonderful gift for some sweet fairy lovin mama out there! It is made from all corduroy and lined in a dark heavy weight denim. The front flap is pieced together using bright blue, burgundy, yellow and a rusty red orange. I appliquéd a detailed fairy in the center, it looks fabulous. The back of the bag has 3 center strips of the bright blue, yellow and burgundy with the body of the bag in the rusty red orange color. There is an inside pocket for keeping important things close at hand. The strap is very wide and padded for your comfort and utilizes all the colors in a patchwork pattern. This is a large capacity bag and meant to tote a whole lot of stuff

Whew! If I knew that each fish would take over an hour to embroider, I probably would not have bothered, this will probably be the only bag like this I will make as I can't see myself taking that long again, so if you like it snap it up now. I really like how this bag came out! For this bag I used all blues, a rich royal blue wale-less corduroy, a navy blue wale-less corduroy and a bright turquoise variegated wale corduroy. This bag is fully lined in the turquoise corduroy. The front flap is embroidered with three funky fish each with it's own letter...the remainder of the bag is the patchwork in royal and dark blue. Under the flap is a pocket that has "You enjoy myself "embroidered in yellow letters. The inside of the bag has another pocket in Navy blue to hold more stuff.

Here is another beautiful bag for you to choose! I have used all corduroy to construct this bag. The front flap has a beautiful appliqué scene of mushrooms in grass with a butterfly flying overhead. I framed the pictured with beige and rust colored corduroy. This fastens with Velcro. The base of the bag is a bright blue corduroy. The back of the bag has a vertical center strip of the rust and beige corduroy It is fully lined with beige corduroy and has a inner pocket to keep important things from getting lost. The long strap is patchwork. This is a large capacity bag.

This is a wonderful bag, and I am confident that you will not see another like it anywhere. This is a huge bag, big enough to tote all your essentials and then some. I have used charcoal grey wide wale for the main body of the bag, with black and a beautiful hand dyed slate blue as accents. The front flap of the bag features a beautiful appliquéd scene of fairies frolicking together. It is on the blue corduroy. I have framed it in the black corduroy. The back of the bag features patchwork strips of all three fabrics. The padded strap also features all three fabrics and is long enough to wear across your chest. The bag is fully lined in a sturdy black twill and has an inner pocket for things you want to keep at hand. The bag flap closes with Velcro.

Here is another great bag to add to your collection. I have used a rich brown pinwale fabric for the main base of this bag. I used a rich teal blue and beige as the accent fabric. On the teal blue is appliquéd a intricate unity tree. I have embroidered in the center of the tree the phrase Unity is Possible.. I framed the teal square in beige corduroy. The back of the bag has vertical strips of all three corduroys. The bag is fully lined in a beautiful vintage corduroy of a luscious paisley pattern. (you could use this bag reversed should you choose) It has a big double inner pocket and the flap secures with Velcro. Wide padded strap of brown corduroy.

One of my favorite cds, I used dark grey variable wale corduroy and stitched down a line of black to represent the planks. I appliquéd a black moon and star on the center. The back has a narrow flap that closes with Velcro. It is completely lined in black twill. The patchwork strap is of grey and black corduroy. Good size, will carry essentials.

This is another large capacity bag, you can stuff a whole weekend worth of goods in here! I have used the most beautiful heavy canvas print for this bag. The pictures just don't do it justice) It has two outer pockets that are fully lined in denim and has flaps that close with Velcro.
